Established in 2001, Silorga Textile Co., Ltd. has been the professional denim mill in China for over 20 years. Quality- Oriented, the Silorga’s spirit, that expresses our love and passion to the Denim. 

Our denim fabric factory is a manufacturing facility that specializes in the production of denim fabric. Denim is a sturdy cotton twill textile that is commonly used to make jeans, jackets, and other clothing items. Our production process typically starts with the sourcing of high-quality cotton fibers. These fibers are then spun into yarn and dyed using indigo dye, which gives denim its characteristic blue color. The dyed yarn is then woven on specialized looms to create the denim fabric.

We have various departments and machines dedicated to different stages of the production process. Including dyeing vats, weaving looms, and finishing machines. Skilled workers and technicians operate and maintain these machines to ensure the quality and consistency of the denim fabric.

Quality control is an essential aspect of denim fabric production. Factory have a dedicated team responsible for inspecting the fabric at different stages of production to identify any defects or inconsistencies. This ensures that only high-quality denim fabric is produced and delivered to customers.
